Main Course Selections
Rack of lamb rubbed with infused olive oil and twined with rosemary. Served with Mt Rosa potatoes, fresh beans, grilled tomatoes and roasted carrots
Fillet of New Zealand beef encrusted with whole grain mustard and cracked pepper.
Served with Mt Rosa potatoes, fresh beans and roasted vegetables
Smoked New Zealand Salmon, seared on the barbeque, drizzled with Wasabi dressing.
Served with puree of parsnip and fresh green salad
A Duet of Thai and Burmese curries served on Jasmine Rice and accompaniments
Dessert selections
Baked Apple Dumplings served with gourmet ice cream and Seville Sauce
Pears poached in orange juice and infused with cardamom and served with mascarpone cream
Tamarillos baked in cider and served with crème fraiche
Mixed Summer Berry Clafoutis with Crème Fraiche
Platter of Gibston Valley Kawarau Blue, walnuts and vintage Port
Dinner is charged at $65 per head and includes a 2 course meal
Reservations for dinner are made at least 24 hours in advance.

Apricots poached in Amisfield Rose with Hokey Pokey ice cream
Cherries slow roasted in Pinot Noir with a dark beer ice cream
